Myrrh essential oil - Goloka
Aromatherapy is a natural method based on the activity of biochemical molecules that contain essential oils and is used to achieve different responses in the body. Essential oils are capable of stimulating respiration and cell regeneration. They stimulate or mitigate the function of cells in an organ or on the nervous system to achieve a feeling of balance or harmony.
Aromatherapy takes advantage of the properties of essential oils extracted from aromatic plants to restore balance and harmony to the body and mind to benefit our health and beauty. We highlight among its properties: analgesic, calming, anti-inflammatory, stimulating, regenerating and healing, toning and bactericidal.
Myrrh oil is used to cleanse bad energies and purify the environment, eliminating negative feelings and healing our surroundings, thus highlighting its magical properties. It is an excellent ally to cleanse negative energies and bring peace to our home. Fill your spaces with positivity, both at home and in the workplace with this powerful aroma. Myrrh is a resin from the Commiphora Myrrha tree from which a viscous substance like honey is extracted that when dried forms small brown stones and from there myrrh incense is made.
Pure myrrh oil has a pleasant, deep aroma, with soft woody notes. In addition to purifying the environment, it allows us, on a personal level, to access higher states of consciousness: focus attention, provide self-confidence and help connect with our intuition and higher planes. For this reason it is recommended in the practice of deep meditation.
Essential oils should be used in an oil burner. It is recommended to add water to the burner before adding 5 drops of the fragrance oil. Once the candle is lit and placed underneath, the liquid will begin to heat up and the fragrance will begin to rise.
The aroma usually lasts about 2-3 hours throughout the home before it evaporates, the drops of essence have an average long duration. We recommend using lukewarm and not cold water since it is typical of the ritual of essential oil burners, the fragrances spread more effectively in the environment.
